• Receiving of product in our warehouse, inspection for damage and piece counts against purchase order. 30 days free storage is included in all our quotes.
• All deliveries are scheduled with our operations manager who will require that all information is gathered to ensure an efficient and seamless delivery process.
• Preassembly: All furniture that is shipped knocked down, such as chairs or training tables, is assembled in our warehouse to save valuable time in the field. This service also results in less disruption for the customer.
• Pull and prepare orders for delivery: All deliveries are performed by a team of experienced and professional
• Installation of systems furniture, modular casegoods and architectural wall products.

• Walk through and Punch list Resolution/Execution
• Facility Maintenance
• Reconfiguration Work
• On-going Maintenance/Refurbishment
• Seating/Panel Reupholstery
• Electro/Wood Refinishing (Refinishing or repainting of current furniture and file cabinets)
• Service Calls: Troubleshooting & Repair
• Facility Maintenance Contract
• On-site Steam Cleaning of Panels, Seating, and Carpeting 

• General Liability - $10M with a $5M umbrella
• Automobile - $1M per occurrence
• Workers Compensation
• Certificates of Insurance Upon Request 

• Customer Services: East Coast will arrange cargo inspections and provide documentation to dealership for claim.
• Carton Count: Inventory of product is taken upon delivery. Discrepancies in carton count are reported to carrier and customer immediately.
